Form a Green Team: put together representatives from cross departments to ensure a holistic approach and nominate a leader / project manager. 

Define sustainability goals: identify all relevant metrics and most appropriate ESG reporting framework. 

Initial assessment: conduct an initial assessment to set a baseline.

Phase 2: Set the plan

Start by selecting a systainability leader. Include one member of each department, including engineering, sales, marketing, product development, procurement/purchasing, human resources, etc.
